The Intro

The Good

3 Mobile offers a reasonably cheap cost of calls

The Bad

Diabolical customer service. Advisors don't have a clue and give you conflicting info every time you speak to someone else.

Customer service call centres in India and Scotland, and they dont even communicate with each other properly.

The guy at 3 / Three can't even get taking a direct debit payment correctly. They insist that your direct debit details are correct, but then disconnect you (this has happened to countless customers). Then they can't even take payment by credit card, saying your card is being rejected when their systems are just knackered.

Advisors do not want to help at all, you can't get to speak to anyone in authority, and their seems to be no compensation for when they screw up.

All in all, 3 Mobile / Three Mobile has to be the very worst 'company' I have ever dealt with. They make Dixons look so professional.
